2kg of sweets are supplied with each machine and 100 sweetie bags per booking - not per machine.

PARTY TOWER HIRE - How it works.
These specially produced party towers can hold upto 81 sealed tubs of either sweets, games or toys.
- The hire price (£35) is a non-refundable fee for use of the tower -
YOU decide how much you want to spend on sweets, games or toys.
For each tub there is a charge of £1.
- EXAMPLE -
If you want to spend £50 on a selection of sweets and games etc, then you receive 50 tubs.
You and your guests can vend the tubs from the Party Tower for FREE!!
At the end of the event, we will refund you £1 per tub for every tub that is left in the Party Tower!!
TOTAL EXAMPLE: £35 (tower hire-non refundable) + £50's worth of tubs = £85.
(if there are 20 tubs left, at the end of the event, you will receive £20 back!)
These are specially produced mini favour tubs that are filled to the brim with either packets of sweets, games or toys.
They are ideal for leaving on tables for guests to enjoy throughout your special day.

Our Favour Pots are GREAT for all types of events, from Weddings, Anniversaries and Social gatherings, to kiddies birthday parties and seasonal celebrations.
( and the empty tubs are perfect as money savings pots ( for the kids ) or for keeping little trinkets etc in at home )

RetroVend may require a small non-refundable booking fee of £20 to secure your DATE (with the balance due two weeks before the event) as well as a possible £50 damage/loss deposit payment . The damage/loss payment will be returned to you within 1 week (post event) subject to no equipment damage and/or loss. All prices include travel within a 15 mile radius of our office. (DE55)
Please note if you are outside the 15 mile radius you will be quoted at £1 per mile over 15 miles.
Please note that some of the sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils, or may have been made alongside other products containing nuts. RetroVend cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies. . Our sweets are served in beautiful vending machines and it is THE HIRER and your/their guest’s responsibility to ensure that any children (that use the vends) are suitably supervised around the sweet stand(s) at all times to ensure their safety and to avoid any injuries and/or equipment breakages/damages. RetroVend will not be held responsible for sweets and/or toys, chosen and/or used by children, which could result in a choking hazard for them or any danger associated with the misuse of packaging/content materials. Although we endeavor to ensure that all your sweet choices are available, occasionally suppliers change their sweets or withdraw them from sale, so on these rare occasions we reserve the right to substitute a sweet choice for a similar variety.
Booking with RetroVend denotes that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions so please read them carefully.
RetroVend reserve the right to award discount rates/prices to exisiting and new customers.
No alterations to these Terms and Conditions can be made unless agreed to in writing by RetroVend
All sweet tubs are supplied pre-packed by the manufacturer.
